Though there is still a good deal of time before The Voice Season 13 gets on air, speculations about the judges have been rampant.

While Miley Cyrus is the only name that has received confirmation from NBC, it is said that veterans Adam Levine and Blake Shelton would not be returning and new faces could replace them.

Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Reality Group at NBC Entertainment, put a seal on Miley Cyrus' name for The Voice Season 13 way back in Sep 2016. He expressed happiness at the prospect of getting an unmatched musical know-how and talent for the coming seasons.

Cyrus also posted an update on Instagram with the caption that she cannot wait to be back for Season 13. The photo saw her standing with Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton but it is still not clear if the two veterans would be coming back.

Doubts are lingering over their return ever since it was revealed that both, Levine and Shelton feel that they have run their course on the show and should pass on the baton to next generation. The viewers want to see the duo but Blake Shelton has been only confirmed for Season 12 in which he will be seen with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani, claims E! News. Alicia Keys and Adam Levine are also be joining her.

Speaking of Adam Levine, he has not been confirmed for Season 13 and many feel that he is not coming because of his alleged feud with Miley Cyrus. Insiders say that Levine cannot stand Cyrus and finds her to be quite an obnoxious person. This is why Season 12 will be, in all probability, his last appearance. So, who will replace him and Shelton in Season 13?

Speculations suggest that Jennifer Lopez could be the new face on The Voice Season 13. She is said to share a strong relationship with NBC and since she has appeared as a judge on American Idol for several seasons, it would not be difficult as well.

Apart from Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams are also rumored to be in the running but till an official announcement comes out, Miley Cyrus is the only judge one can be sure of.
