It has been quite some time since Jennifer Lopez and Drake took their relationship to the next level. With shared holidays, things look bright for the 30-year-old rapper, who gave the 47-year-old songstress a platinum and diamond Tiffany Victoria necklace worth $100,000.

Jennifer Lopez wore the 17″ diamond strand that had more than 15 carats worth of round, pear and marquise-shaped diamonds set in platinum on New Year's Eve. She had cancelled her own concert in Miami in order to attend his show, according to People.

Still, his gift pales when compared to the presents given by Ben Affleck, according to media gossip. It really looks as if there has been an undercurrent of competition between him and Jennifer's former fiance, Ben Affleck.

The Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice actor had gifted her a 6.1 carat pink diamond engagement ring from Harry Winston, which cost $1.2 million, even though rumors whispered that it cost $2.5 million. Still, before proposing to her with that, Ben Affleck had given her a $400,000 Phantom Rolls Royce.

Drake, the Hotline Bling singer, has also given other girlfriends expensive gifts. Last year, he got Rihanna a billboard ahead of the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, where she bagged the Video Vanguard Award. One year earlier, Drizzy had taken his ex-flame Bernice Burgos for a holiday in Perth, Australia. In 2013, he took Tyra Banks for a date to Disneyland.

Still, the gifts are not a measure of the relationship, as Drake and Jennifer have just begun. Apparently, they have not confirmed their relationship, but the social media posts do validate it. The couple has been seen cuddling and kissing in many Instagram photographs.

Jennifer Lopez is reported to be looking forward to his company. "She keeps hanging out with Drake, and he has visited her house," inside sources said, according to marapolsa. "She has nothing but nice things to say about Drake."
