Brad and Jolie are going through a grueling child custody battle and both of them hope that this case will be settled properly. The also expressed their hopes of having this case settled privately until they reached an agreement to keep everything in private.

Recently, as reported by Hollywood Life, the ex-couple decided to hire a private judge to handle the case. Brad made mention before that he seal all the legal proceedings to avoid every detail being spilled in the media and to the public.

After that, Angelina Jolie agreed to Brad Pitt's request but she left a snide remark saying that the actor is just afraid that some of his dark secrets might be uncovered then exposed to the public and to the press.

The private judge who was hired by the ex-couple advised them to stop trashing each other while the divorce settlement is in the process. This won't help anyway in the said cases but it would just destroy their reputation and their image.

Meanwhile, reports are swirling that Angie regrets divorcing Brad because she feels overwhelmed with the single parenting and the struggles coupled with this seem to be unbearable for her already.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's child custody case needs to be settled properly so as to give both of them peace of mind in the end as well as for their children's welfare.
