Apple is reportedly one of the biggest companies in the computer market. It can be noted however that Microsoft with its two new versions, the Microsoft Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 5 coming up, might be the game changer in the PC market.

According to very reliable speculations, the Redmond-based tech giant is expected to introduce its next generation Kaby Lake powered Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 5, faster and more efficient models, by mid-2017. The recent release of Intel's seventh-generation Kaby Lake processor makes it also inevitable for Microsoft Corporation to consider such much wanted component in its current line of Surface devices.

Intel has reportedly designed its new processing chipset  purposely to be effectively faster and much more power efficient compared to Skylake. Therefore, any device that takes shift from Intel Skylake to Intel Kaby Lake will definitely offer instantly faster processing and longer battery life. This is probably why Microsoft does not want to miss the opportunity of implementing Intel's latest chip in its current Surface Book.

Microsoft's upcoming products will reportedly be the two most powerful gadgets in the current PC market. For instance, apparently the Surface Pro 5 will have the Windows 10 operating system, an Intel Kaby Lake processor and also 16 gigabyte of RAM. Rumors further suggest that the Surface Pro might also come up with 4K resolution screen and with 8-megapixel front and a 16-megapixel rear camera.

Experts accordingly believe that both the upcoming Microsoft's Surface Book 2 and Surface Pro 5 are in the line to take lead in the PC gaming market. Microsoft is viewing to come up also with stunning designs since the current models does not seem to have very impressive looks. But definitely, both of the devices will have close competition from other brands in this particular area.
