A new cumulative update from Microsoft is rolling out on the Release Preview ring. Reportedly, Windows 10 build 14393.726 is now available for both PC and Mobile users, approximately two weeks after the last build 14393.693 was sent to the Production ring. Accordingly, today's update brings performance improvements and bug fixes, but won't bring any major features since this is a cumulative update.

Apparently, there is no changelog available yet and it is not also expected to be available soon. Seemingly, Microsoft takes its time releasing notes of the cumulative updates being sent out to Insiders.

It is told that sometimes Microsoft does not publish any changelog at all, so it is not clear if any release notes can be seen. Also, it is said that if ever Microsoft does publish them, probably they will show up in the Feedback Hub.

Reportedly, new build number is 14393.726, although allegedly it should be noted that this update will be labeled as KB3216755 on PCs. Also, since cumulative updates will not bring any major changes, users can go ahead with the installation process of the latest update without having to think about new changes or major improvements.

It is said to be quite unusual for Microsoft to release a new cumulative update nearly three weeks before the next Patch. Nonetheless, the company may want to get feedbacks a little earlier than usual. Accordingly, the current builds are testing the bits and pieces of the update, such that new features are not expected until after the public release of the first update.

Moreover, it is told that tweet confirms that it would be the usual bug fixes and polishes that the next Windows 10 update might bring but some new features can probably be seen. Some have also suggested more exciting features such as UI changes, however, that sounds unlikely at this stage.
