Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino and his family have opened their home for other celebrities in the new MTV reality show The Show With Vinny.

The latest guest at the star's home in New Jersey was rapper ASAP Rocky.

After showing ASAP around the home he grew up in, Guadagnino asked the rapper if his upbringing was similar.

"My mom she loves to cook also and anytime somebody comes to my house, my mom sends them home really, really full," he said.

The rapper, who was born in Queens, also opened up to the reality star on the show. He revealed that growing up his father was a drug dealer, which led to his father's imprisonment and forced his family to live in a shelter. The 24-year-old's father passed away in April. Despite his difficult upbringing, ASAP called it a "blessing in disguise."

"I made a change for everybody," he said of his career. He also said he hopes his career will send a positive message to listeners.

His message is understood by the former Jersey Shore star who is actually a big fan of the Harlem rapper, according to MTV. Back in December, Guadagnino crashed an interview that ASAP was having with Sway from RapFix in an attempt to get the rapper to visit his New Jersey home.

"I got this talk show where people come over my house and my mother cooks for them," he told the rapper. "And we just chop it up over a real meal and whatever it is; if you're a basketball player, we play ball. It's pretty sick."

Clearly the rapper was convinced and his visit made for a funny episode. Guadagnino's mom also made sure to send the rapper home with leftovers.

Other stars including, Scott Disick from Keeping Up With The Kardashians and actor Mark Wahlberg, have also visited The Show With Vinny in previous episodes.
