The gaming-focused Windows 10 Insider build was much awaited windows update for the gamers. This promised update is rolling out with Game Mode, Beam livestreaming and other features-but with some game-breaking bugs, unfortunately.

According to Venture Beat, Windows 10 build 15019 is coming with the much expected Game Mode but it also does have major bugs that might impact the gaming experience of some game titles.  A new section called Gaming can be found now in the Settings app and there users can find settings for Game Mode, GameDVR, Game bar, broadcasting and streaming in this new Gaming area coming with the update.

In this Windows Insider build, not all elements of this section will be visible; however, Microsoft will continue to deploy various Gaming settings over time. But what's more disappointing is, despite the fact that there's a long list of bug fixes in this build, there are still many bugs left unfixed.

Upon updating to the latest build, as per the TechTimes, a nonstop exceptions in the Spectrum.exe might occur that can cause some devices to lose audio, shoot up disk input and output usage too, or render certain apps such as Edge, to become unresponsive when doing certain actions.

Microsoft Edge extensions also not are functional in the latest build. They will appear as if they're loading, but won't function as thought. Microsoft, on the other hand, says that this issue should be ironed out by the time the next Insider preview is released.

In this build, popular games are also encountered crashing or black screens problems when attempting to load. For this Microsoft has said that it is related to a platform issue. Furthermore, when clicking on certain elements in desktop (Win32) games, it will minimize, and users will not be able to restore their progress. Live broadcasting via Beam is also requires a number of privacy settings to be changed in the latest update and certain hardware configurations may also require for the live review window to flash green during broadcasts.

Users who are planning to download and install the new Windows 10 build 15019 preview update should also be aware of one download glitch. There is an issue with the progress bar, even when it's actually downloading, the download will still show zero percent completed.
