The CW's superhero fiction crime drama television series, "Arrow" comes back this week to air episode 12 of the fifth season. In relation to this, a number of reports containing the upcoming episode's possible events and happenings have been appearing online.

The most recent episode of "Arrow" season 5 aired last week, showed the character superheroes' different second chances pondered from day one through this current season. According to Entertainment Weekly, the episode was a bit emotional for some of the fans because it took them back to the time when the main character, Oliver Queen, portrayed by Stephen Amell, decided to become the Green Arrow.

On the upcoming episode of "Arrow" season 5, it has been reported that the team will be traveling to Russia where they will meet with Anatoli, Oliver Queen's friend. The character, portrayed by David Nykl, became a friend with Oliver when he was kidnapped and sent to a remote island called Lian Yu. Until the present time, Anatoli still assists Oliver in his works.

On the official synopsis released for the upcoming episode of "Arrow" season 5, it was also revealed that the fans may expect a familiar character to return in the series. A former detective, Quentin Larry Lance, portrayed by Paul Blackthorne, comes back fresh from rehab. It can be recalled that during the previous episodes of the action series, Lance was usually featured in rehab location for his addiction to alcohol.

Meanwhile, on a report from Digital Times, it was revealed that Oliver's trainer was actually Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig). The character appeared as a guest star on "Arrows" season 5, but what fans did not come to know before was she trained by Oliver herself in Russia. Aside from that, Talia was also the one who trained Oliver's first mentor, Yao Fei Gulong.

"Arrows" season episode 12, "Bratva", is scheduled to air on February 8, 2017, on The CW.
