Justin Bieber is under police investigation for a reckless driving incident after he allegedly speed his Ferrari in his gated community.

The incident occurred at around 8 p.m. Sunday night. L.A. County Sheriff spokesmperson Steve Whitmore told TMZ cops received two separate calls in different locations in the Calabasas community.

Whitmore said the callers reported Bieber was driving at a "startling high rate of speed." At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving. Cops responded but Bieber refused to speak with them, according to the website. Source said one of the callers was football player Keyshawn Johnson.

Whitmore said the case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney. Bieber's rep has not commented on the incident, at time of publication.

Bieber has had a history of alleged reckless driving, and prosecutors are currently reviewing a case where Bieber allegedly drove recklessly and then spit on a neighbor who confronted him. The neighbor said Bieber threatened to kill him. The accuser filed a battery report after the incident.

He was pulled over in 2012 and cited for driving in a "reckless manner" on the 101 Freeway in California. He also received a "number" of speeding fines after driving his white Lamborghini in Dubai while he stops in the Gulf city as part of his Believe world tour, according to officials.
