Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens' fans are still hopeful that the duo will have a reunion for "High School Musical 4." It has already been reported that Disney will feature brand new cast members in the sequel to the popular franchise.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Vanessa Hudgens did not mention any reunion with Zac Efron in "High School Musical 4." But her duet with Ashley Tisdale has sparked hope for the fans to see once again the famous "Troyella" and "Zanessa" reunion. The two stars performed a duet of Elle King's song "Ex's and Oh's."

Sadly, fans of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens may not see another collaboration of the latter and Ashley Tisdale in the near future. Austin Butler's girlfriend is busy with her new show, "Powerless" where she portrayed the role of Emily Locke. "Things are a little busy right now with Powerless, but somewhere down the line it would be so much fun. We love each other so much," Hudgens said. The Marvel movie is about an insurance company that protects individuals from collateral damages brought by superheroes and supervillains.

In the interview, Vanessa Hudgens also mentioned that Austin Butler is going to New Zealand on Valentine's Day for his show, "The Shannara Chronicles." The "Zanessa" fans are thinking if Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens could just have a friendly dinner for old time's sake. However, 28 year old actress revealed that she might spend Valentine's Day with her sister, Stella, on a spa and dinner.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have parted ways in 2010 according to Romper. It was thought to be a messy break up that the two "High School Musical" stars seemed to be avoiding each other. Zac Efron was rumoured not to have attended the 10th anniversary celebration of the Disney musical to avoid Vanessa Hudgens.
