Among the likely GPUs roll out in 2017, the AMD Vega 10 and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti are the two anticipated graphics cards by gamers. The anticipation comes from leaks that the two GPUs might have state-of-the-art features.

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti's head to head competition with its opponent AMD Vega 10 is getting more heat as press and the rumors on the internet started pronouncing NVIDIA's inferior performance. However, there are yet experts who can claim that GTX 1080 Ti has something up its sleeves that are about to unfold when it arrives.

According to a tweet by Racing Junky, an MSI representative pronounced NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti potential release date is happening on March 10 at the PAX East Event 2017. On the other hand, the report cancels out PC Gamer' suggested the release date that it will elegance the Game Developers Conference 2017 event in San Francisco which is happening two weeks earlier.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is apparently the last card to come with the famous and well-established Pascal architecture from Nvidia that will feature 12 billion transistors and is also expected to come with 10GB RAM. The new card from Nvidia will also attempt to bridge the gap between the powerful GTX 1080 and the flagship Titan X. GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will not come with GDDR5X which boasts both on the GTX 1080 and GTC Titan X.

Keeping everything in the loop, NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti sports 10GB of GDDRS VRAM instead of the GDDR5X found in the GTX 1080 and Titan X. This GPU will also run on GP102 chip crowded with a VRAM of 348-bit memory bandwidth. Though it will not sport the 256 CUDA cores but yet expected to boost higher clock speed at 1623 MHz versus Titan X's 1531 MHz. This means GTX 1080 Ti can have a 4K resolution-fueled by 60 fps.

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti is expected to outperform AMD's Vega GPU in view of its lower pricing ranging between $600 to $1,200. Capped with powerful features that are offered in Vega 10, GTX 1080 Ti will surely dominate the market demand for GPUs.
