The first half of the month is almost over. And for the loyal subscribers of Microsoft's Xbox Live Games With Gold program, it means that this is everyone's last chance to grab the first set of free games before the time runs out.

For those who still have an active subscription to Xbox Live Games With Gold, they can still download the Double Helix Games' 2014 title, "Killer Instinct Season 2," on Xbox One for free. While fans who are on Xbox 360 can grab the LucasArts game "Monkey Island 2: Special Edition" free of charge. Both of these titles, as reported by GameSpot, will only be available until Feb. 15 - and it will return to its regular price once the offer is over.

These titles, according to Major Nelson, are going to be replaced by "Project Cars" on Xbox One and "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" on Xbox 360. Both games are going to become available for free starting Feb. 16. The latter is going to run until the end of the month while the latter will carry over to Microsoft's Xbox Live Games With Gold March 2017.

However, fans who might miss these titles shouldn't get discouraged. One title for the current-generation console of Xbox, "Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime," is available for the whole month of February.

Meanwhile, there are no official hints yet on what fans can expect for the next batch of free games for Xbox Live Games With Gold March 2017. But there are some predictions that are now surfacing online, despite the fact that the second half of February is still on its way.

One notable prediction is the 2008 game "Lego Batman" that fans seem to think it would be included in Xbox Games With Gold March 2017. The reason being is that its film, "The Lego Batman Movie," is now screening in theaters.

However, it's important to take note that this is just based on pure speculation, and it is in no way official. With that being said, it's ideal to take this one with a tiny pinch of salt.
