Harrison Ford was involved in another plane incident Monday, multiple reports confirm.

Ford landed in the wrong runway while piloting private plane in Orange County, Calif. on Monday, landing close to a passenger plane. Ford had been instructed to land at John Wayne Airport's runway 20-L, but wound up flying over an American Airlines 737 that was carrying over 100 passengers.

The Federal Aviation Administration is now investigating the situation, as they confirmed in a new statement.

"Air traffic controllers cleared the pilot of a single-engine Aviat Husky to land on Runway 20L at John Wayne Airport Monday afternoon. The pilot correctly read back the clearance," the statement reads, via The Hollywood Reporter. "The pilot then landed on a taxiway that runs parallel to the runway, overflying a Boeing 737 that was holding short of the runway. The FAA is investigating this incident."

NBC News is reporting that Ford might be punished for the incident, resulting in something as minor as a warning letter or major as a suspension of his pilot's license. The actor crashed an airplane from World War II back in 2015, breaking an arm and sustaining head injuries.

Ford crashed the plane on a golf course to avoid crashing into civilians on the ground, as 47-year-old camera assistant Eddie Aguglia said at the time.

"Looking at where he crashed and how the plane went down, I'm sure there was a moment where he said, 'I'm not going to risk lives, whatever happens, happens. It's going to be just me,'" Aguglia said. "He risked life and limb by putting it down on the golf course instead of trying to go further to try to get back to the airport. Another 25 to 30 yards and ... I don't want to think about it. He saved several lives."
