"For Honor" reviews are reported to be lacking as a new gameplay update is revealed by Ubisoft. Significant changes were noted by fans and critics in the game from beta to release date.

As Ubisoft highlights the importance of online gameplay, "For Honor" review was not available ahead of its release date. Attack of the Fan Boy has followed "For Honor" closely both in the closed and open beta versions. The site gave the Ubisoft game a 4.5 out of five rating saying that it is heavily focused on the multiplayer components, but its single player campaign is surprisingly strong.

"For Honor" story is kind of confusing according to a report from the Express. It presents the gamers a world that has seen a calamity and conflict a thousand years ago. Peace has only become a reality in the last few years.

For the multiplayer mode, "For Honor" gamers can choose knights, Vikings or samurai. There is a new warlord named Apollyon who wants to ignite the war all over again. Players can alternate the characters with a specific chapter for each faction.

According to IGN, each faction has a Vanguard or the all-purpose hero, a Heavy that is slow but packs a punch, an Assassin which is fast, deadly but fragile, and a Hybrid which has long ranged weapons. However, the single player campaign is a big mystery as it was not accessible in the beta version.

As players try to figure out what is happening in the world, they will find that they are working for and against the warlord in "For Honor." They will also figure out how to avoid bringing the world into combat once again.

"For Honor's" first official update includes matchmaking which brings all countries around the Mediterranean Sea as part of the European continent. Heroes' collisions and animations have also been improved and fixed.
