"Dreamfall Chapters" has finally revealed its new release date and other key features. Award winning composer, Simon Poole, is also confirmed as the man behind the game's superb soundtrack.

"Dreamfall Chapters" original release date for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 was reported to be in March 2017. However, Koch Media revealed that the new release date for the 3D adventures game will be on May 2.

"Dreamfall Chapters" is set in two alternate worlds - dark cyberpunk with a vision of the future and fantasy in a magical realm. The German video game features two heroes who journey across the world wanting to save the fabric of reality. As the game proceeds, gamers will experience different kinds of dark and magical adventures.

Simon Poole, an award-winning composer, is the talent behind the superb soundtrack of "Dreamfall Chapters" according to Gamasutra. The 48 tracks can be heard in full in the PlayStation 4 version of the game as a downloadable code. For Xbox One players, they can grab it as an MPS3 disc. Its release date will be on May 5, following closely after the game's launch.

According to The Xbox Hub, Simon Poole wanted to create an immersive and eclectic score by combining both traditional and contemporary elements. "The game's deep and engrossing story transports us to two rich and vibrant worlds, and contains a multitude of fantastic characters," Poole said.

"Dreamfall Chapters" boasts of a gripping story that will have a deep and emotional storyline. There will be three playable characters with challenging puzzles and riddles. Interestingly, players will get the chance to shape the story with its far-reaching decision feature. Exploration will be exciting as players get to see 50 beautifully crafted locations and a diverse world that is both magical and stunning but also broken and decayed.
