Nokia finally announced its first 2017 Android phone, Nokia 6, which marks its return to the mainstream mobile market. But the phone is launched in China only. Luckily there are more new Nokia Android phones to hit the market that will also be sold in other regions. Fans can expect Nokia 3, Nokia 8, Nokia 5, New Nokia 3310 phones in the Nokia showcase event at the MWC 2017 event.

At MWC 2017 Nokia is going to show off three phones: the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6, plus a modern version of the Nokia 3310 feature phone, as per PC Advisor.  After owning exclusive rights to market phones under the Nokia brand, HMD global is now expanding its portfolio of mid and budget phones through the launch of Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6, and the modern version of the classic Nokia 3310.

To begin, the Nokia 5 is rumored to be named "Nokia Heart." It is said to feature a 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 X 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is equipped with 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 430 processor, which is paired with Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphic processor and 2GB of RAM plus a 16GB of internal storage, according to The Mobile Indian.

In the optics department, the Nokia 5 will be having a 13-megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash, as well as an 8-megapixel front. The smartphone will boast the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and will include Bluetooth, NFC, WiFi, Accelerometer, Light sensor, Pedometer, and Proximity support.

Moreover, the Nokia 3 will be the entry-level smartphone for the next-gen flagships. Under the "Nokia E1" moniker, the smartphone brings a 5.2 or 5.3-inch HD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. Under the hood, it will have a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor, coupled with Adreno 308 GPU, 2GB of RAM, plus 16GB of internal storage. On the optics front, the smartphone boasts a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front shooter. It will also run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

According to Express, one of the unexpected phones, which is going to be launched in the Nokia event will be the modern 'Nokia 3310' that has been launched 17 years ago. The new handset might still boast its big battery life and strong frame build and it is said to feature a price tag of $63.

The new Nokia Android phones we are expecting to see at MWC 2017 are all going to be budget models, according to Evan Blass at VentureBeat, both the Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 are slimmed down versions of the Nokia 6 and will be priced accordingly. Blass, however, says that the Nokia 6 retails for €249 so we can expect the Nokia 5 at €199 and Nokia 3 at €149, while the forthcoming Nokia 3310 should retail at €59.
