Jennifer Garner is ready to file for divorce from Ben Affleck, almost two years after announcing their separation.

It's the beginning of the end for Garner and Affleck. A new Us Weekly report states that the actress is set to file for divorce from Affleck, after separating in 2015.

"No matter what happens, Ben and Jen are committed to raising their family as one unit and will continue to do so as it has worked for them," a source close to the family told the publication. "They are both committed to their family."

A different source said that Affleck has officially moved out of their Brentwood home. The pair have three children: Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 4. Affleck and Garner met on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2001 and married in 2005.

While the couple did last a long time by Hollywood standards, some are suggesting that their divorce has been a long time coming.

"They were going to divorce when Sam was born, but you know how it is - baby comes and solves the issues for a bit, but it's just a Band-Aid. It hasn't been working for ages," an insider said in 2015 amid the separation news. "Ben truly wanted his idea of family life and the idea of family he had growing up in Boston, so he stayed in it longer than he wanted to because of the kids and the idea of family. But he couldn't save it."

Affleck and Garner have had years of success at the movies, with the former winning his second Oscar for 2012's Argo and going on to play Batman in the new DC Cinematic Universe. Garner has starred in many family friendly movies over the past few years, including The Odd Life of Timothy Green, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Miracles from Heaven and Nine Lives.
