"Horizon Zero Dawn" is the latest action adventure-packed game for the PlayStation 4. The role-playing game is reported to be trending on both Google and Twitter.

According to USA Today, "Horizon Zero Down" reviews are glowing after the initial feedbacks of the players is out. The adventure starts with Aloy, a hunter trying to survive the post-apocalyptic world which is dominated by mechanical creatures, aptly called Machines. Aloy is voiced by Ashly Burch who is also known for her performance as Tiny Tina in "Borderlands 2."

As "Horizon Zero Down" is an open world, players can explore the story and the forest landscape in any order they want. They can randomly encounter and also defeat robots that resemble animals roaming in the horizon.

"Horizon Zero Down" is reported to be flexible in its combat couple with a story that has profound themes. IGN reported that its main campaign could be finished within 40 hours. The game's most compelling feature is its combat with 26 distinct beast species. Each beast has several weak points that can be scanned using Focus, Aloy's lore-friendly device which can give the player Witcher-like heightened senses. Hitting different points can have different results as well that could change how a fight turns out.

Aloy's weapon is largely "primitive," though the bows are upgradable and arrows can be infused with elements. However, the protagonist has a concentration skill that can slow down time, allowing a dead-eye aiming. Players of "Horizon Zero Down" can also experience rope coaster which shoots out ropes to immobilize adversaries. Then, there is also trap caster, which can create explosive tripwire traps at a range.

"Horizon Zero Down" is developed by award winning Guerrilla Games and is nominated by The Game Award for Most Anticipated Game. It is scheduled for release on Feb 28 for $59.99.
