Following its midseason break, "Blindspot" season 2 will no be appearing on air for a few weeks. However, that does not stop the series' loyal viewers to get updates regarding on what they might expect once the drama series returns.

On the previous episode of "Blindspot" season 2, it featured Kurt Weller, portrayed by Sullivan Stapleton, and the team on a successful mission against a group of people with an illegal organization that involved selling of body organs on the black market. However, fans and viewers saw Nas Kamal, head of NSA's secret department Zero Division and portrayed by Archie Panjabi, to have been badly injured during the mission.

It was reported that on the upcoming episode of "Blindspot" season 2, viewers are going to know if the character survives or not. According to Carter Matt, no new episodes will be seen on televisions for this week and the next weeks as the drama series will reportedly be coming back on the third week of March.

Also featured on the previous episode of "Blindspot" season 2 was the revelation of the identity of the mole inside the FBI. Dr. Robert Borden (Ukweli Roach), an FBI psychologist whose real name is Nigel Thornton, was found out to be the Sandstrom mole that was working on the agency. Following this, it has been reported that the doctor might not be the only mole in the FBI.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, actress Jaimie Alexander, who portrays Alice "Remi" Kruger, also known as Jane Doe, revealed that the upcoming episodes left for "Blindspot" season 2 are more intense and crazier. It has been speculated that Dr. Borden is not the only one that has been stabbing the team on the FBI behind their backs.

As per the source, a second mole is possibly going to get revealed on the sixteenth episode of "Blindspot" season 2. Aside from this, the actress mentioned about the question on whether Nas Kamal will survive or not. This will reportedly be revealed on the details of the upcoming episode as well.

Series of flashbacks will also be reportedly expected on "Blindspot" season 2 once it returns. The flashbacks will apparently contain the details on how the terrorist organization has known things, especially on how the FBI were going to attack them.

"Blindspot" season 2 is expected to return on March 22, 2017.
