The Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick drama have still not played out fully. The pair is pretty relevant and significant even now. Media circles speculate that though Kourtney has been "down" since she broke up with Scott, she is beginning to move away into a more self-destructive mode.There are suspicious rumors that she is drinking heavily too.

However, other circles in the media do not believe one word of the rumors regarding Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. Even though she is said to be into a self-destruction mode, it hasn't happened earlier. Whenever she was said to have broken up with Scott Disick, she always seemed to bounce back. Every quarrel with the actor could not automatically point towards a break-up, say media circles.

Just last month, after Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick returned from a vacation together, Kourtney shattered the public image of the happy family, according to Life&Style. She picked up a few lines from The Weeknd song: "Tell me how to love, it's been so long," Kourtney mused. "You're only looking for attention/The only problem is you'll never get enough."

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's relationship took another turn when his trip to Dubai put him out of her reach. Their ties began to weaken again. Kourtney was having a fling with a young model and boxer Younis Bendjima, while Scott Disick was shacking up with ex-girlfriend and celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, according to In Touch.

However, it was found that the rumors of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick drinking heavily were more rumors than facts. With Scott Disick deciding to drink heavily, his marriage with Kourtney Kardashian seemed to crumble. But Kourtney was the one who was said to be more "stable" in her "lunatic" family, or even in her crazy coupling with Scott. As she knows that her children's health and safety depend upon her sanity, she certainly cannot afford to plumb into the depths of drinking or decide to get into public substance abuse. She has tried her best to remain sober in every circumstance.

The point is, that the rumors about Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick might just be empty gossip merely to generate interest in her private life. After all, alcohol abuse and a crumbling marriage are hot issues, even if they have been repeated, as her case shows.
