Blizzard Entertainment may be in hot water, as loyal gamers are said to be losing patience waiting for a new Diablo game. Blizzcon 2016 started and ended without any trace of the much-awaited "Diablo 4." The gaming company has instead announced a new addition in "Diablo 3" in the form of the "Necromancer" DLC.

The announcement of the "Necromancer" DLC may have pacified the clamor of fans for "Diablo 4" for a bit during the Blizzcon 2016. But now that a release is still nowhere to be seen, the fans are already doubting if the new playable class is even worth waiting for. This may mean real trouble for Blizzard Entertainment. Especially if the loyal Diablo fans will find new interest in other games other than "Diablo 3." This being said, it looks like that a Diablo 4 development should really be in place already.

The fact is, "Diablo 4" may be in a plan already but Blizzard Entertainment will still have to lay-out the development of the new game. Thus, a new Diablo game may only be unveiled in about three to four years from now. Looks like fans have to settle for "Diablo 3 Necromancer" DLC, for now.

What is the "Necromancer" DLC and how will it further pacify the Diablo 4 clamor? The Necromancer class is already present in "Diablo 2." In "Diablo 3," however, it has been replaced by a very similar class in the form of the Witch Doctor.

As reported by Enstars, the Necromancer DLC needs both the "Diablo 3" and Reaper of Souls. Meanwhile, the "Diablo 3" Ultimate Evil Edition is required for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Fans may have more reasons to stay with Diablo 3 while waiting for the arrival of "Diablo 4." This is as the Necromancer DLC will also include more pets, golems, and curses.
