The much awaited "One Piece" Chapter 857 is finally out after its one-week hiatus last week. Jinbe, the long-time ally of Luffy, has revealed the plans that he has that can potentially save them from Big Mom. But will the Straw Hats accept the former Seven Warlords of the Sea's (Shichibukai) offer?

As revealed in "One Piece" Chapter 857, Jinbe has suggested to open up an alliance with another group that is currently at Whole Cake Island. According to the Oro Jackson post, this group is being led by one of the Supernovas and subordinates of Big Mom, Capone "Gang" Bege.

Bege, however, is not exactly the type of person that the Straw Hats would want to be affiliated with. He has a certain revolting quality that makes each and every one of the Straw Hats crew shivers in disgust. Bege was a very cruel man during his mafia days, as stated on the translation post for "One Piece" Chapter 857.

He would wage wars against his opponents in "One Piece" Chapter 857 and take out the bosses immediately. But his aim, however, is not for taking over areas or territories. Instead, he did those things to show supremacy and his enjoyment to take his enemies heads.

This, however, is just the tip of the iceberg that was revealed about him in "One Piece" Chapter 857. Bege also enjoyed killing helpless animals. He would often cut a horse's head off and watch the poor animal squirm to its death.

Jinbe proposes to Luffy and the rest of the crew his plans to ally themselves with Bege in "One Piece" Chapter 857. The captain of the group, surprisingly, approved the decision despite everyone's disapproval.

Meanwhile, there are other speculations suggesting that the Straw Hats may form another alliance to other groups in the area. Enstarz previously reported that the Vinsmoke Family may join hands with Luffy in "One Piece" Chapter 857 to take down the Yonko.

This particular speculation, however, was not the main focus in "One Piece" Chapter 857. But it seems like there is still a good chance that this alliance may still happen in future chapters.

As what some fans may remember, Big Mom is planning to massacre the whole family after the wedding, MobiPicker reported. The Straw Hats and Vinsmoke Family alliance would ensure the safety of the latter should they choose to accept the plan.

More clues about the potential team up should emerge after "One Piece" Chapter 857. But in the meantime, it is best to keep an open mind and take these speculations with a tiny pinch of salt.
