This month, The CW's horror fantasy-drama series, which is a spin-off to "The Vampire Diaries, "The Originals", returns on televisions to air the episodes for its season 4. After ten long months of fans not being able to see the series, thrill and excitement are surrounding them as they wait for 'The Originals' season 4.

As it can be remembered on the previous season finale of "The Originals", it featured Joseph Morgan's character, Klaus Mikaelson as the new anchor of the Mikaelsons with their consciousness transferred to Freya's (Riley Voelkel) dream-like world creation, where the Mikaelsons can be kept alive. Meanwhile, Charles Michael Davis' character Marcel Gerard, has taken with him his new horde of vampires while finally getting back power over the city of New Orleans.

According to TV Line, "The Original" season 4 might feature Marcel to seek help from someone unexpected that viewers may find intriguing. The official synopsis for the upcoming season suggested that while Marcel had taken back control of the whole city of New Orleans and its people, he will be needing someone to help him with leadership.

As per the source, reports have it that the vampire will be seeking help from Klaus Mikaelson. It has been speculated that this would happen on "The Originals" season 4 because Marcel knows that Klaus is much more experienced than him when it comes to the responsibility of ruling and leadership.

Meanwhile, promotional photos on the events that are happening on "The Originals" season 4 have already been officially released by the network, as per Entertainment Weekly. From there, a new character will reportedly be expected and it will be actress Christina Moses who will be taking on the role of bisexual ER doctor, Keelin.

It has also been reported that the premiere episode of "The Originals" season 4 will feature a time jump of five years. Aside from this, the city of New Orleans is speculated to be in danger as some vampires that are newly welcomed will pose a threat to the city's leader, Marcel.
