Peter Griffin is going in for a ride with Joe Swanson in "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15 titled "Cop and a Half-Wit." The upcoming episode is actually a parody of the 1993 buddy-cop-comedy film "Cop and a Half" starring Burt Reynolds and written by Henry Winkler.

Peter Griffin, who is voiced by series creator Seth McFarlane, will assist Joe (Patrick Warburton) in solving crimes in "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15. In the latest teaser clip that the show posted on its Twitter account, it seems like the force even let Peter have his own gun. As what fans know, Peter is not actually a police officer and was not trained to handle guns.

On the "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15 teaser, Peter hilariously tries to apprehend a few criminals inside a sleazy motel room. However, instead of telling them to put their hands up in the air, he accidentally told them to "reach for the stars." He unknowingly encouraged the criminals to follow their dreams.

The dynamic of Peter and Joe's friendship, however, is going to be tested in "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15. Peter will grow impatient as Joe tries to take all the credits after the former tried to help him crack all the cases.

On the other side of the story, the family dog, Brian, urges the youngest of the Griffin siblings, Stewie, to join a football team. Brian, however, panics when Stewie gets in trouble and suffers from a concussion, as said on TV Guide for "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15.

No additional information has been added for the upcoming installment, unfortunately. "Family Guy" Season 15 Episode 15 is scheduled to air on Fox on Sunday, March 12 at 9 p.m. Watch the teaser trailer for the upcoming episode below as posted on the show's official Twitter.
