Kim Kardashian baby's gender was finally announced on the premiere of Season 8 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and fans learned that she and boyfriend Kanye West is expecting a baby girl.

Many speculated the reality star was having a baby girl after her baby shower invitations included a ballerina dancing to West's Hey Mama song.

Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian appeared on the Today show last week and didn't actually reveal that she was having a baby girl, but said that she "loved ballerinas."

On Sunday, Kim also celebrated the anticipation of her baby girl at her baby shower.

The shower was held at the same Beverly Hills estate where Khloe and husband Lamar Odom wed back in 2009, and included a red-carpet. Some celebrities that attended were Kimberly Stewart, NeNe Leakes, Maria Menounos and trainer Tracey Anderson.

The guests enjoyed a delicious brunch which included pancakes, waffles and fruit. They also played games and guessed baby's names, according to reports.

Kim's beau, West may not have been present for the news of the baby's gender at the doctor's appointment, like Enstars reported earlier, but he did arrive to the shower with Scott Disick and Lamar Odom.

"Kanye's whole family - all the women from his mom's side and dad's side - attended the shower," a source told PEOPLE magazine. "Kanye was so excited to have his family be there to join in the celebration with Kim's friends and family."

Kim's aunt, Karen Houghton told the publication that Kim and Kanye even got intimate at the shower.

"Kim and Kanye were so cute - he rubbed her belly," Karen Houghton said. "They're just really blessed. It's such a happy day."
