Recently, the International Women's Day has been celebrated and although it's meant to pay every woman a tribute, someone may have crossed the line for giving too much. Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui's Instagram post has become controversial, as it allegedly insults the transgender community.

According to IBT, Lauren Jauregui was on fire after posting a controversial message on Instagram. While clearly, the 20-year-old singer meant no harm, some people did not take it lightly. Her controversial post is supposedly made to empower women as an honor to International Women's Day. Lauren's post says that she is proud of being a woman and that her sex allows her to create life. With fans agreeing on her, there are those, especially in the LGBT community, who felt offended.

As a response, the Fifth Harmony member still apologized, saying that she is aware of their existence and that she is supportive of them. She also said that she understands what they feel as they have been excluded "by her choices of description."
Meanwhile, the photo from Lauren Jauregui's Instagram is an open letter to President Donald Trump, which led to her confession as a bisexual.

"I am a bisexual Cuban-American woman and I am so proud of it," Lauren Jauregui said in an open letter published in November on Billboard. "I am proud to be part of a community that only projects love and education and the support of one another."

Despite her clear intention of appraising every woman, Lauren Jauregui still chooses to apologize even if her Instagram post leaves no harm. Even so, fans supported her all the way. After all, it's intended to let every female know that they are strong, worth it, and beautiful.
