Tennis player Serena Williams could be seen in the new Ocean's 8 movie. She will be making a cameo in the female stars-led film as she was spotted in Los Angeles on Monday, wearing a sexy red gown and looked every bit the part of a film star.

Serena Williams is all set to make a cameo appearance in the new Ocean's 8 movie, Tennis World has learned. The film stars top female actors and the names include Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock, Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson and Rihanna. As for Serena Willams, she might share a scene with Kelly Rohrbach. For those who do not know, Rohrbach is a forthcoming Baywatch star.

Also, by the looks of the tennis star, it does seem like Serena Williams would make for a stunning female lead. She looked every bit like a bona fide lady in red, Baseline claimed. She was seen stepping out with Rohrbach, who was also donning a dazzling off-shoulder black gown. Both made for a pretty picture as they walked together and it is said that Serena Williams is making the best of the break she has taken from the tennis court.

Notably, the star tennis player is on a break as she is nursing an injury in her left knee. Looks like she decided to have some fun while trying something different and it does seem in line with what she has done previously. As fans know, she has already featured in Beyonce's "Sorry" video and it was quite a starry performance. Though this new attempt of hers is a cameo, it would be really interesting to watch her acting skills.

Nevertheless, fans would have to wait for more than a year to see their favorite tennis player, Serena Williams, on screen as "Ocean's 8" is slated to arrive in theaters on June 8, 2018. It is worth mentioning here that Ocean's 8 is a spin-off from the Ocean's trilogy.
