Amanda Bynes confirmed via Twiter that following a conversation between the District Attorney and her lawyer, there is no proof she was using drugs the day of her arrest.

"The DA and my lawyer talked today,” she tweeted on Monday. “They have no proof of drugs on me or around me at anytime during the arrest of after. All I'm becoming is more famous! Thanks for lying about me!”

Bynes was arrested May 23 after allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36-story window, and was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

The New York County District Attorney’s Office told E! News that Bynes’ cause is open and pending. A court date is set for July 7.

Her attorney Richard Hutton, who had secured a plea deal for the Easy A actress in Los Angeles when she was charged with driving on a suspended-license, is still working on her DUI case in Beverly Hills. He said the D.A. had "no physical evidence to connect her to any of the charges."

The actress tweeted in late May that her lawyer was getting her case dropped, and she had accused one of the officers of sexual assault at the time of her arrest. The NYPD denied the claim of assault.

Bynes also threatened to sue the New York Police Department for entering her apartment illegally.

The actress also tweeted a message about InTouch magazine, after they reported that she posted racial slurs. She posted on Monday," F*ck the ugly editors of Intouch! I'm not racist! My account was hacked!"
