The popular CBS television sitcom, "2 Broke Girls," might once again be given another chance to bring up its ratings following a consistent drop over the past few seasons. Reports have revealed that Kat Dennings' Max Black and Beth Behrs' Caroline Channing may once again get their chance at earning their fortune as the show may yet receive another green light for another full season.

According to a report from CeleBeat, "2 Broke Girls" is still in the running to be a part of CBS' upcoming television show line-up for this year and the next. This is despite the fact that show itself is still continuing to suffer from low ratings and low viewership numbers, ever since its second and third season.

CBS even attempted to move the show to a new schedule just recently, but that proved to be a big mistake. Moving the show back to its Monday timeslot proved to be a bad decision as the series saw a 2 million decline in its viewers from the 6 million views it had on the previous timeslot. Due to the huge drop in viewership, fans were beginning to worry that Caroline and Max's cupcake selling days may soon be over.

However, it has to be noted that despite the dismal ratings for "2 Broke Girls" season 5, CBS still decided to take the risk and renewed the show for its sixth season. A report from Cancel Bear predicts that this might be the case once again and that CBS may not yet be ready to give up on the show just yet. "2 Broke Girls" season 7 is still expected to get the green light after season 6 ends this month.

"2 Broke Girls" follows the lives of Caroline and Max as they attempt to find their fortune in the cut-throat world of the cupcake selling business. Caroline was the daughter of a billionaire, while Max basically grew up in poverty. The final episode of "2 Broke Girls" season 6 is set to be released next week, on March 20 on CBS.
