Lil' Kim may have altered her face again, as seen in new pictures released on Monday.

The 38-year-old rapper made a surprise appearance at Hot 97's annual Summer Jam on Sunday, June 2, but most of the talk was about her face and the possibility that she had plastic surgery.

Us Weekly reported that the rapper looked "unrecognizable" with sculpted cheekbones, full lips and a light complexion.

Lil' Kim made headlines in February when she was photographed with what claimed by the publication to be a much lighter skin tone, fuller cheekbones, and a smoothed chin and forehead. A split shot of her recent look with a picture of her from the 1999 MTV Music Video Awards was added to the news report to highlight a difference in appearance.

"Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told Radar Online in February, "It appears that she's undergone injection of fillers as well."

Kim's representatives denied claims of plastic surgery in March.

"We would like to inform fans, the media, and the general public that this is nothing more than a blog site doing its best to conjure up much needed publicity," said rep C.J. Carter, in response to MediaTakeout's accusations, "What better way to do so, than to take an American music icon and create a fictitious platform in which to disrespect and humiliate."

Kim herself has accused the media of sabotaging her image.

"Years & years they have been photoshopping pics of me & sabotaging my image," she tweeted on March 8, "I'm not putting up with that sh-t no more. All they have been proving is im THAT b--ch with or without an album out & they always want to attack & bring down the real ones. Today was the last straw."

She has not addressed rumors that she has had yet another procedure done.
