Kenya Moore released a single titled Gone With The Wind Fabulous and if her landlord could have her way, that would be the case with the Atlanta mansion she's renting from her.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Moore, 42, fell short on her rent payment for the month of May. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been renting a six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion. Her landlord, Conya Weems, filed a lawsuit in Fulton County, stating that the reality star fell short $848 on her monthly rent of $3,999 for the mansion in Roswell, Ga.
Weems is seeking the outstanding amount, rent for the month of June and $2,500 for eviction fees and damages. She defaulted on the conditions of her lease, according to the petition.
"The sheriff's department posted the notice on Kenya's home last Thursday but she still doesn't know that she has been evicted because she hasn't been home yet," a source in the neighborhood told the website.
The source also revealed that Weems wants Moore out of the home that has been shown on the Bravo series, because the former has been inundated with complaints since she moved in.
"The homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood," the source said. "Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose."
The document stated that Moore has until June 7 to respond to the petition.
Moore is rumored to be negotiating a return to season 6 of RHOA. When asked by TMZ on May 7 if she was signed on, Moore did not confirm nor deny her return. She simply replied, "Umm...I've been invited back."
When asked if she will do it for sure, she answered, "We will see."
On May 23 she was asked by EUR Web to confirm the rumors that she was getting her own spinoff show. She said it was called Make Me A Beauty Queen.
"I have a show in development and it's called Make Me A Beauty Queen," Moore told EUR Web. "It's like a real life pageant but it's a competition and you'll have these challenges to get to the next round."
On May 25, one of Moore's fans wrote on Twitter: "Hey Bravo need to give Ms Kenya Moore her own television show before I get mad and bodyslam somebody @BravoAndy."
