Harry Styles generously showed hints of his new album that is expected to come soon. However, it may be one that came untimely, as his co-One Direction buddy has great news to showcase himself and may have been cast aside.

According to News, Styles revealed a new hint on his upcoming solo single, "Still Got Time," as he announced it care of "The Voice" UK. In the short clip, glimpses of the artist were seen, and although indirectly showing the One Direction alumnus' face, it seemed as if he had his long signature blocks already cut short. Styles had an initial final shot of his eyes looking straight at the camera, fading away and ending with the words "April 7," supposedly the day that the single drops.

Ironically, Styles posted this only very shortly after Liam Payne publicized the birth of his child with Cheryl Cole, which sparks intrigue and in an even more appealing twist, it was the same day, two years back, that Zayn Malik left the group to pursue a solo career. It was then questioned as to whether Styles did this on purpose, as it seemed to shine over the memorable moment of Payne as a first-time father, The Sun reports.

Styles is not only known in the field of music these days, as the 23-year was also cast for a cinematic role in the Christopher Nolan-directed war film "Dunkirk." He is slated to portray the role of Alex, alongside lead actor Tom Hardy. The film is scheduled to launch on July 21, 2017, for the USA.
