The latest episode of "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 has been challenging for Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and Emma (Jennifer Morrison). It also has made a turning point for the evil Queen to be good.

Comic Book reported that Regina (Lana Parilla) tried to help the Evil Queen in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 Episode 14. She took out both of their hearts and placed it together. This has been an act to give the Evil Queen (Lana Parilla) love and a little darkness was sent out to Regina.

Right after Regina merged their hearts, the Evil Queen began to feel love towards herself in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 Episode 14 according to Entertainment. The Evil Queen then apologized to Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin). She also embraced Henry when the latter called her "Mom."

Henry then rewrote his book on page 23. He indicated that the Evil Queen was to be sent out to a different realm where she can get a new life. She then disappeared and went into Robin's (Sean Maguire) realm in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 Episode 14.
