Many fans thought the power singer couple, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, are going to get engaged anytime soon. But as it turns out, both of them are still enjoying their current relationship that tying the knot is off the table at the moment.

The honeymoon phase of the singer couple has already come and gone, according to an insider close to the matter, Hollywood Life reported. Despite that, though, both Stefani and Shelton are still happy with each others' company. "An engagement or wedding will not change that, so they aren't rushing into any of that," the insider claimed. "So a real honeymoon isn't on the horizon anytime soon. They are happy with their current status of being boyfriend and girlfriend."

Rumors about the engagement about the couple have been circulating on the internet since late last year. And many fans believe the 40-year-old country singer will pop the question anytime soon, most especially after the latest comment made by Shelton.

On the recent outtakes from "The Voice," Alicia Keys casually asked Shelton about the idea of proposing to the 44-year-old singer on the show. When asked by her boyfriend if she would like that, Stefani laughed and said that it would be her "dream come true," Entertainment Tonight reported.

Stefani and Shelton first started seeing each other in Fall of 2015, as claimed by Hollywood Life. The country singer, as the report said, is even close with Stefani's three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 3.

Unfortunately, both recording artists are still keeping everything in private in terms of the engagement rumors. With that being said, fans are being advised to take all circulating claims with a tiny pinch of salt and hope that updates get released soon. More news about the matter should emerge in the coming months.
