The Bones series finale is set to air tonight on Fox, and here's how you can watch the show's big curtain call live online.

Bones is finally saying goodbye after 12 seasons. The crime procedural starring Emily Deschanel as Temperance "Bones" Brennan and David Boreanaz as Seeley Booth has been on Fox since 2005, through various timeslots and odd scheduling shifts. Yet the show's loyal fanbase remained, giving the show a length few scripted dramas have achieved in the past.

The series finale, fittingly titled "The End in the End", will center on Brennan, Booth and the team searching for Kovac (Gerard Celasco), the main antagonist of the final season.

"With Kovac still at large, the team searches for evidence to track him down," says the Fox synopsis for the finale. "After Brennan experiences a setback, the rest of the team must figure out how to find Kovac without her, putting everything she has ever taught them to the test. When all signs point to Kovac having outside help, as well as a hideout, Booth and Brennan go searching for him."

The series finale of Bones begins at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox and is scheduled to last until 10 p.m. ET/PT. If you are unable to watch the final episode on television but still want to watch it live with everyone else, you can stream it on Fox.com/Live. You will need cable subscription information to access the stream starting at 9 p.m.

If you have the Sling app, you can also live stream the Bones finale through the Sling Blue option. Fox is only available in select markets, though, so be sure it's available in your area ahead of time.
