Carlin Bates shared an Instagram story with Joy-Anna Duggar. She does not seem to have much fun. Both girls were sitting in a vehicle where the former was trying to study for her history test. Apparently, Duggar misses her fiancé, Austin Forsyth.

"I have a history test tomorrow and I don't want to study because I'm tired of studying. And Joy's over here. Joy misses her boyfriend," Carlin Bates was heard saying in the Instagram story. To which Joy-Anna Duggar responds, "I miss him so bad. I'm crying." Bates concluded that they both need their boyfriends to come into town at that moment.

The families of Joy-Anna Duggar and Carlin Bates have a lot in common. No wonder they are long-time friends. Both clans have 19 kids and they all star in a reality show. For their wedding registry, Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband-to-be have requested for items that might be used for an adventurous honeymoon. In the list, there were power tools such as a sander, jig-saw and wet and dry vacuum cleaner.

Austin Forsyth has asked for the hand of Joy-Anna Duggar and the blessing of her dad Jim Bob Duggar. According to People, the couple has known each other for almost 15 years.
