Shock-rocker Marilyn Manson reached out in a statement to Paris Jackson on Thursday.

Jackson was hospitalized in the Los Angeles area on Wednesday after reportedly attempting suicide. The 15-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson slashed her wrists with a kitchen knife and downed 20 ibuprofen pills.

Jackson allegedly threw a tantrum hours before her suicide attempt after being told that she couldn't go to Manson's concert. After hearing about the incident, Manson gave the following statement on Thursday:

"I hope you feel better. You will be on my guest list anytime you want."

Jackson is still recovering from the incident, but the 15-year-old's family insists that she's doing better.

"Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are," said Jackson lawyer Perry Sanders, "It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you [her father]. Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. Please respect her privacy and the family's privacy."

Enstars previously reported that Jackson was bullied at school and missed her father, which was another possible reason for the incident.

Manson has received a lot of attention in the media for his violent, explicit lyrics, which often made him the blame of incidents like the 1999 Columbine High School massacre.

He sat down for an interview on Larry King's new talk show on Wednesday to discuss the matter:

"I knew I was going to get blamed for this," he said, discussing his thoughts at the time.

Manson knew the implications for his image would be bad.

"A gang of kids wearing Marilyn Manson t-shirts shot up a school or something, live on Fox. And I was saying, 'Oh, no...I think that I've been blamed for about 36 school shootings," he said.

Manson is currently on tour with fellow rocker Alice Cooper. They are performing in Universal City, California on Thursday.
