After celebrating her 38th birthday with an intimate dinner for two in Paris on Monday, Angelina Jolie and her fiancé Brad Pitt enjoyed some time with the rest of the family in Berlin.

The engaged couple along with their six children - Pax Thien, Shiloh, Maddox, Zahara, and twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline - went to eat Japanese food at Kuchi Restaurant in the Mitte neighborhood. View a photo of them here.

The celebrity couple was in Germany for Pitt's World War Z premiere on Tuesday but met with their kids shortly after to spend family time. Although Jolie wore an eye-catching white Ralph & Russo dress while walking the red carpet at the movie premiere, she changed into a simple black dress for the dinner. As they walked through town, the streets were filled with pedestrians who were taking photos of Jolie, Pitt and their kids. See a photo here.

The family dinner comes almost a month after Jolie announced her double mastectomy surgery. Pitt spoke to USA Today in May about how he and their six children helped Jolie through her recovery.

"We set up our own little post-op recovery that became pretty fun. You make an adventure out of it," he said.

He told the newspaper, that during the time of Jolie's surgery, and the recovery period that followed, he experienced "an emotional and beautifully inspiring few months."

"And I'll tell you, it's such a wonderful relief to come through this and not have a spectre hanging over our heads," he added. "To know that that's not going to be something that's going to affect us. My most proudest thing is our family. This isn't going to get that."
