Karrueche Tran has won her latest legal battle against her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown.

A judge has officially granted Tran a five-year restraining order from Brown.

Tran testified against Brown and said that he threatened her after she broke up with him, TMZ reported Thursday afternoon.

She said that Brown wanted the diamond rings back that he purchased for her and when she shut him down, he showed a much darker side.

According to reports, Train said that Brown sent her harassing text messages after they split.

He apparently sent her things like, "I'm not being nice to you no more, if I see you out in public again and I'm there I will make you hate me even more, don't be anywhere I'm out in public, I'm going to ban you from all events."

His alleged wish for Tran not to be anywhere near him was the judge's command as they granted Tran a restraining order against Brown that was good for five years.

Tran said he also text her pretty bad threats such as, "I can get my money back and I'm tired of playing games."

He also threatened her and wrote, "B**** I will beat the s*** out of you. I promise you I will make your life hell."

She said he also commented under a photo of her and actor Michael B. Jordan, "Imma kill blood."

Brown's lawyer, David Gammill, challenged Tran's testimony in cross-examination.

He reportedly questioned her multiple times about the ring and provoking Brown letting him know that she sold them. Tran said she wasn't going give them back to Brown because they belonged to her.

As for why Tran never brought any of this to authorities, she said she was afraid for her life. Brown was MIA during the court date.
