'Love And Hip Hop Atlanta' Season 6: Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez's Custody Battle Gets Uglier [VIDEO]

The dramatic custody battle for the child of VH1 Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality stars, Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez, has gotten even worse after Stevie J pulled a pretty shocking move.

Apparently, Stevie has strong concerns and fears about the infant, Bonnie Bella, being left alone with Hernandez.

He told the judge handling the case that Hernandez has a past of being extremely violent.

Apparently, she harassed him while she was pregnant and her allegedly harmful ways could end up impacting their child in dire ways.

As a solution, Stevie requested for Hernandez to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, The Jasmine Brand reported recently.

The analysis would include a list of several questions from her history with drugs, whether she has been arrested and the number of men she has been intimate with.

Hernandez was asked to provide her medical insurance and expenses she covered while she was pregnant.

There were specific questions of whether Jordan had been arrested for any violent offenses in the last decade.

Stevie J also wanted to know who she has hooked up with as of May 1, 2016. It's not clear the significance of the date is.

Hernandez was questioned about marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and if she had used them and on what dates.

Another question was whether Hernandez had ever been to rehab for her alleged issues for drugs.

As for Stevie J, he has served time in rehab for a cocaine addiction. He was also blasted for owing more than $1 million in child support for children from previous relationships.

Interestingly enough, despite all of the drama between Stevie and the mother of his youngest child, the two were seen together out and about at a nightclub.

But anyone who has been following the on-again, off-again couple knows that this isn't too surprising.
