The Grammy-winning pop star and the law firm researcher have been dating since February.

Spears, 31, has been photographed wearing different rings since February 25 and it is unclear whether the band is a promise ring from Lucado.

He reportedly had to submit to a background check and sign a non-disclosure agreement before Jamie, Britney's father, would allow them to date, according to Radar Online.

The singer spent Saturday morning on set filming her video for Ooh La La, a track that will be in the upcoming The Smurfs 2 movie, with director Marc Klasfeld. He also led videos for Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, and Jay-Z.

Details about song, produced by Femme Fatale's Dr. Luke, were supposed to be kept under wraps until the credits for the film are made public on July 8.

"So baby come with me and be my #OohLALA :) Shout out to #MarcKlasfeld for an amazing job today," Spears tweeted June 8 to her 27.8 million followers.

"I heard an early demo of #OohLaLa smurfed its way onto the internet today :( The real version will be at radio and iTunes June 16th :)" Spears wrote in a Tweet.

The former X-Factor judge is currently recording her eighth studio album with will.i.am, who partnered with her on the track Scream and Shout.
