We might have seen the series finale of VH1's T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, but we haven't seen the end of the rapper on the small screen.

T.I. is returning to television, but this time, it won't be for an unscripted reality series.

Instead, he's taking on a major role in a new FOX series, Atlanta's Most Wanted, where he will play a man named Marcus Armstrong.

He also serves as executive producer of the show alongside Jerry Bruckheimer, who is the main producer.

T.I. released a statement on the project.

"I am honored to partner with FOX and Bruckheimer on what is truly a passion project for me," T.I. said. "It's going to be amazing to see my city represented in this fashion."

The Hollywood Reporter revealed more about T.I.'s character, Marcus, recently.

He is the son of a well-known criminal in Atlanta and is invited to be a part of a group that combats criminal activity in the city.

Of course, this will cause friction with the way he was brought up and puts his entire life at risk.

The first season of Atlanta's Most Wanted premieres on FOX in 2018.

In the meantime, we'll also see T.I. on a music and comedy series, The Studio. He'll be alongside none other than funny guy Kevin Hart. That series has been green-lighted for Showtime network.

They also teamed up with Ayesha Carr, who is the writer for mega popular shows like Everybody Hates Chris and The Carmichael Show.

The premiere date for this series hasn't been released yet.
