Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas have spoken out about allegations that their former record label executive, L.A. Reid, sexually assaulted someone.

Reid was fired from Epic Records amid the reports.

"I hear more people are coming out saying stuff," T-Boz said during a TLC interview with Billboard this week. "I was surprised he was fired, but [the accusations] didn't come as a surprise. I don't wish him anything ill. But surprised? No."

As for Chilli, she was noted to have buried her head in her hands.

Reid's firing from Epic came shortly after a lawyer represented one of his female assistants as she sent a letter to Sony Music's legal team with claims that he sexually harassed her daily for about a year. The woman wanted a settlement in the matter.

The letter included claims that the woman told her direct boss about Reid's alleged actions, but they did not step in to help her.

The letter stated the woman was told, "Before you say anything more, think about what that means for you. Just think about what it means," when she told another executive from the record company. The allegations were just the beginning of an ongoing investigation against Reid.

The label executive and his legal team have yet to speak out about the accusations. However, one person on Reid's team did say portions of the letter were incorrect.

Reid headed Epic since 2011 and Sony has not released any information on who will replace him.

The label is home to a diverse range of artists such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Outkast, Jennifer Lopez, French Montana, Meghan Trainor, Future, Yo Gotti and more.

Reid and his wife, Pebbles, signed TLC to LaFace Records in the early stages of their career.

The group has accused the couple of taking money from them. His wife filed a $40 million lawsuit for how she was portrayed in the group's biopic on VH1 back in 2013.
