Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are reportedly prepping for their upcoming fall wedding in Australia.

Although the couple has yet to publicly confirm when and where they will tie the knot, a new report claims they will be married by the end of the year.

As they close in on their alleged wedding date, they are doing their best to stay in great shape.

"They're up at the crack of dawn and on the treadmill before 7 AM every day, without fail," an insider revealed to OK! Magazine on Tuesday. "Then it's onto the weights and another round of cardio, squats and bicycle exercises throughout the day, as well as yoga and Pilates, several times a week."

"They've each got a personal trainer but do a lot of workouts in between together, which they find really helps them stick to a routine," the source explained. "A personal chef organizes their diet each day, and Miley's making smoothies for them to carry around instead of calorific energy bars or peanut butter."

OK! Magazine's report comes just days after Cyrus' mom, Tish Cyrus, spoke to Mario Lopez and claimed her daughter didn't yet have any firm plans to wed.

"She is not eloping. She is not getting married. They are so freaking happy and living in Malibu," Tish said, according to a report by Us Weekly. "She's so happy, and she's always like, 'I don't know why everybody wants us to get married. It's so perfect.'"

As for what kind of wedding Cyrus will eventually have, Tish suggested she and Hemsworth would keep it simple.

"Of course I probably would [want a big wedding]. She would never do that, I don't think," Tish told Lopez. "She's a simple, simple girl. I don't think so. I want all my kids to have big weddings."
