Ryan Seacrest has reportedly found the one- his girlfriend, Shayna Taylor.

According to a new report, the Live! with Kelly & Ryan co-host is finally ready to settle down and could do so with the personal chef before the year's end.

As an OK! Magazine report explained on Thursday, Seacrest and Taylor dated years ago and rekindled their romance at the end of last year.

Then, after Seacrest landed his co-hosting gig alongside Kelly Ripa, Taylor relocated from Los Angeles to the East Coast, where she moved into Seacrest's NYC apartment.

"When they got back together, things started moving at warp speed," said the magazine's source. "They're so in love and have never been happier. For the first time in Ryan's life, he's talking about marriage. No one would be surprised if they're engaged by the end of the year!"

Last month, after Seacrest was officially named as Ripa's co-host, Ripa questioned him about his dating life and asked if he had ever gotten close to proposing to any of his former girlfriends.

"I did get close and I didn't do it and it was the right move," he explained, according to a report by Us Weekly. "But I love the idea - and I know you're going to ask me - of marriage because my parents have been married for 47 years, and so I have this thing - and you've been married 21."

In other Ryan Seacrest news, the longtime host nearly turned down his gig on Live!.

"He originally didn't want to do Live!, but was missing the live show feel that he got from doing American Idol," a source told Hollywood Life. "And now that Idol is in flux he wanted to get out there and put some adrenaline back in his brand to kick-start the next phase of his career. He couldn't deny the money and the opportunity any longer and is in it for the long run."
