Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been making headlines lately, whether it be updates on their newborn twins, buying a new mansion in Malibu or Jay-Z's newest album, 4:44.

However, rumors have sparked that this time the power couple may be working on a joint album, which will be the "final part of the trilogy."

Beyonce's Lemonade was released in April 2016, which tells all about the couple's hardships, such as infidelity and family drama. The singer brought focus on incidents such as the altercation between her sister, Solange, and Jay in the elevator and how unfaithful he was to her.

It wasn't too long when Jay-Z released 4:44, which is built around betrayal, an apology and his personal reassessment on maturing as a father. Although it has been said that his album isn't a clapback to Lemonade, the rappers subliminal messages and responses seem to say otherwise.

In Beyoncé's Sorry, she sang, "Looking at my watch, he shoulda been home. Today I regret the night I put that ring on. He only want me when I'm not there. He better call Becky with the good hair."

"I'll f*** up a good thing if you let me. Let me alone Becky! A man who don't take care of his family can't be rich," Jay-Z rapped in Family Feud.

There have been rumors that Beyoncé and Jay-Z would collaborate once again, but they have never been confirmed. However, a source revealed that the Carters truly do have a new project in the works.

"It will be the final part of a trilogy which began with Beyoncé's Lemonade album. Jay used 4:44 to answer a number of marital issues raised on Lemonade, like infidelity and that infamous elevator fight with sister Solange," the insider said. "They want to put the past behind them and make a celebratory joint album about the future with their new twins, Rumi and Sir."

Despite a number of collaborations they have been on together, such as Drunk In Love, Deja Vu and Crazy In Love, this upcoming album is like no other.

It intends to put all the drama, fights and infidelity to rest as well as starting fresh. Although Bey and Jay plan to explain their new beginnings in their album, it is possible that they are starting fresh in ways more than one.

The artists just spent over $130 million on a new mansion in Malibu and kept quiet about it.

It is safe to say that they are working on bettering themselves and their family, however, we will surely hear the rest of it in their upcoming album.
