As if the drama between Phaedra Parks and her co-stars weren't enough on the ninth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Bravo, it looks like her divorce issues with Apollo Nida have resurfaced months after the season wrapped.

Fortunately for Parks, she's closer to putting the drama with her ex behind her.

Parks and Nida have finally reached a settlement agreement in their divorce, TMZ reported on Tuesday.

The two had been going back-and-forth for months after Parks reportedly filed previously. Now, they have come to an agreement that includes custody for their two sons, Ayden and Dylan.

Parks will have primary custody of the children, but she'll share joint legal custody with Nida, who is serving an eight-year sentence in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to fraud. Nida is also allowed to speak to his children weekly via phone while behind bars.

The hold up for their divorce came after Parks insisted that a judge sticks to the prenuptial agreement she and Nida had before their rise to fame, but Nida wanted the judge to dismiss the prenup.

It hasn't been revealed who won that battle but somehow, they were able to reach a consensus despite the drama.

Meanwhile, Parks has been pretty quiet on social media after her blowup with her co-stars on the show.

She was outed for spreading and possibly even sparking rumors that her former friend turned reality show enemy, Kandi Burruss, wanted to sexually assault one of the co-stars.

Word is none of the ladies want to film with her for the upcoming episodes.
