Kathryn Dennis may have gotten sober after a rehab stint in Southern California last summer but according to a new report, she didn't stay completely sober.

Instead, the Southern Charm star and mother of two admittedly returned to drinking after treating an addiction to marijuana at a treatment center.

While filming the Southern Charm reunion special weeks ago, Dennis told host Andy Cohen that after confronting her marijuana use, she returned to drinking in Charleston, South Carolina.

“Why did you order a margarita while you were all in Key West?” Cohen asked Dennis during the show, as reported by Radar Online on Tuesday.

“I ordered one because I was at the time drinking,” she confessed. “But, I’m happy to say I didn’t drink a sip!”

Cohen then asked Dennis if ordering a drink was the best decision considering she was “trying to prove [her] sobriety to this group.”

Dennis' co-stars, Landon Clements and Shep Rose, questioned if she was being honest about her sobriety. In response, Dennis said she was sober from marijuana, which is what she checked herself into rehab for.

“That was my problem,” she told Cohen. “That was my drug of choice or whatever you want to call it... It was more or less something I used to detach from having to be in touch with my actual reality. “I don’t know. It’s hard to talk about this stuff.”

“It’s something I chose to do — stop drinking,” she added. “I take a breathalyzer in the morning and at night to prove it with evidence. And I chose it just to show people that I’m really committed.”

Dennis is currently in the midst of a custody battle with Thomas Ravenel over their two children, Kensington, three, and St. Julien, one.
