Farrah Abraham recently underwent vaginal rejuvenation and butt tightening and according to a new report, her ex-boyfriend, Simon Saran, is taking credit for her need for at least one of the surgeries.

After news of Abraham's latest plastic surgery was announced, Saran spoke out about the Teen Mom OG star's decision to go under the knife.

“I don’t blame her, I’m very big. Wouldn’t be fair to the next guy,” Saran explained to Hollywood Life on August 3.

Abraham and Saran dated on and off for a few years but have been split up since earlier this year. That said, Saran insists that despite a number of recent Twitter feuds, he and Abraham "are friends.”

Radar Online was first to report news of Abraham's latest procedures and revealed she had them done at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.

“The procedure heats up the skin with radio frequency to tighten the skin and tissue,” an insider told the site. “It goes deep and gets rid of cellulite to make everything tight and firm.”

According to the report, the vaginal rejuvenation procedure takes around 25 minutes to complete and two to four sessions are required for the best results.

“When the clitoris and outside lips are stretched out and long, it shrinks them and makes the vagina from the outside look youthful,” their source said. “It is beneficial for sex so you’re not wide. It also helps with moisture and lubrication.”

Abraham and Saran enjoyed a couple of trips together in late spring but haven't been seen together since Abraham joined the MTV dating show Single AF.
