Star Wars: The Last Jedi To Feature Luke Skywalker’s Self-Doubt, Finn’s Newfound Hero Status & Covert Mission

Latest reports confirmed that the Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be filled with thrilling stories and plots as the film will also showcase several heroes and villains. According to a certain article from a magazine, the said franchise will feature Luke Skywalker's self-doubt as well as the newfound hero status of Finn together with his covert mission.

Apart from the heroes and villains and their feats, the fans will also get to learn the backstory of Supreme Leader Snoke and the alien inhabitants of the planet which Luke has exiled himself to. It was reported on IGN that Star Wars: The Last Jedi will hit theaters on December 15, 2017, just five months away from the highly anticipated sequel.

Some new images were also revealed and the coolest among these pictures is the new spaceship of Kylo Ren which is called the TIE Silencer. It was observed that his TIE Fighter was modeled after the Custom Tie Fighter of Darth Vader. This is just typical since Kylo is the biggest Vader fanboy and automatically, he is going to have a spaceship like his grandfather.

A picture of the exterior side of the casino on Canto Bright was also shown and it was reported that this will the place where Finn will be undertaking his mission of some kind. Some sources claimed that Canto Bright is a new Star Wars planet and the fans are now eager to see what type of characters exists within it.

In a more controversial point, it was reported on The Collider that Luke might be the secret villain in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Since 2012, there has been a lot of crazy theories regarding the character of Luke Skywalker succumbing to the dark side just like his father.

Before the Star Wars: The Last Jedi, there was this campaign called, "Where's Luke" as he was absent from all the trailers and posters. This was because he only had one quick scene at the very end of the Force Awaken film. That already stopped the talk that he is the villain even in the upcoming The Last Jedi.
